Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a zk688 account holder.

By creating a zk688 account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful and you take sole responsibility for determining the legality of using the Services in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, agent, or affiliate of zk688 or any of its partner studios, providers, or associated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.

zk688 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Where age cannot be verified to zk688's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and all pending transactions frozen pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently confirmed to belong to an underage individual will be forfeited and any deposits returned at zk688's discretion.

To access the Services, you must register a zk688 account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information at registration and update it promptly if it changes;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes;
• Not permit any third party to access your account or place wagers on your behalf;
• Notify zk688 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• Not register using a mobile number or email address that does not belong to you.

zk688 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being obliged to provide reasons for such a decision.

All zk688 account holders are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing their first withdrawal. In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and the requirements of our gaming licence framework, zk688 may also request KYC documentation at any other time, including at registration, at deposit thresholds, or when suspicious activity is suspected.

Required KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), both front and back;

zk688 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific methods may vary at any time. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 100 (or as otherwise stated on the cashier page at the time of deposit);
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own verified name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• zk688 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposits are credited to your zk688 balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the zk688 account;
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• zk688 aims to process withdrawals within the timeframes published on the cashier page, which vary by VIP tier and payment method;
• zk688 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawals, which may result in temporary delays;
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing.

zk688 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to its members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled in full before any associated winnings or remaining Bonus Funds can be withdrawn;
• Standard wagering requirements are 15x the bonus amount on sports (minimum odds of 1.80) or 30x on casino games, unless the promotion states otherwise;
• Certain game types — including progressive jackpot slots and live casino side bets — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirements;
• zk688 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an account;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including matched betting using multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or providing false information to claim a promotion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

VIP Programme: The zk688 VIP programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier status is determined by monthly wagering volume and is subject to periodic review. Benefits, cashback rates, and loyalty rewards associated with each tier are published on the VIP page and are subject to change at zk688's discretion with reasonable notice to affected members.

All sports wagers placed on the zk688 platform are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type, as published on the zk688 platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. The following general conditions apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. zk688 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error, and the stakes will be returned in such cases;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at zk688's discretion. Due to the nature of live events, there may be brief periods where markets are suspended;
• Bets will be voided and stakes returned if an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined under the applicable rules;
• Cash-out functionality, where available, is offered at zk688's discretion and is not available on all markets or at all times;
• zk688 reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes and/or maximum payout amounts on any market at any time;
• Maximum single-bet payout is PKR 10,000,000 (Ten Million Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated for a specific market.

All casino games, live dealer games, and slot titles available on the zk688 Casino are provided by certified third-party software studios. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. All games provided on the zk688 platform are:

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing zk688 staff or other platform users;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

zk688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to retain associated funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity;
• Suspected operation of duplicate or linked accounts;
• Receipt of a valid legal or regulatory instruction to do so;
• Risk management decisions at the Operator's discretion.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the zk688 support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any resulting balance returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to KYC compliance.

Members who have self-excluded through zk688's responsible gaming tools may not request account re-opening during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will constitute a breach of these Terms.

zk688 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. All Members have direct access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a mandatory cooling-off period when increased;
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert and optional automatic logout after a set session duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the zk688 platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened under any circumstances until the exclusion period ends.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:
